彩妆化妆品标签宣称3岁以下婴幼儿可用，属违法!
2022年5月1日起新申请注册或备案的儿童化妆品
都要标注“小金盾”专属标志
已申请注册或备案的产品，在2023年5月1日前完成产品标签更新
Cosmetics for children aged 3-12 years old may claims as cosmetic makeup, makeup removal and so on.
For infants aged 0-3 years old are only allowed to be claimed as cleansing, moisturizing, hair care, sun protection, soothing and refreshing.
From May 1, 2022, newly applied for registration of children‘s cosmetics must be marked with the official badge as indication.
For products that had applied for registration or filed, it’s mandatory to update product label before May 1, 2023.
